5. AI-Generated Content

• You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving all AI-generated content before using it in your business.
• We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, original, or fit for any particular purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

• Your content: You retain ownership of the ideas, data, and materials you submit to the Service.
• Generated outputs: Subject to your active subscription and these Terms, you may use the content generated by the Service for your business purposes.
• Our platform: The Service, including its design, code, branding, and underlying technology, remains our exclusive property.
• You grant us a limited license to use your submitted content solely to operate and improve the Service.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

• Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. Pricing and plan details are available on our pricing page.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date.
• Credits purchased or allocated are non-transferable and may expire according to your plan terms.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Price changes will not apply to your current billing period.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of AI-generated services, refunds are generally not available once credits have been consumed or tasks have been executed. If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a service failure, please contact us and we will review your case.

9. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service downtime.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, baget.ai and its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Termination

• You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
• We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
